Information about the reunion hotel, rates, etc. will be provided here when the hotel has been selected.
While the reunion planning committee will have the hotel set
aside enough rooms for our group, attendees are responsible for
reserving and paying directly for their own hotel rooms. If possible a
hospitality suite will be reserved in the hotel for members of our
group to gather in for relaxing, viewing slides or just visiting with
friends; see info packet or hotel desk for location of the hospitality
suite. Once the hotel is announced be sure to make your reservations as
soon as possible because there will be very high demand for hotel rooms
during the Peace Corps anniversary celebration. A link for the hotel website will be provided after it has been selected.
RESERVATIONS. Information on booking and reunion rates will be provided here when it becomes available. Be sure to book early because there will be very high demand for rooms at this time. Specify that you are with the Ethiopia Peace Corps reunion and whether you want one king bed or two queens. This rate will be honored two days before and after the reunion.
FREEBIES. The hotel will have some freebies to be announced.
Please make hotel reservations ASAP so we can block enough rooms; we ran short at the Maine reunion hotel four years ago and at the last minute had to scramble to find additional rooms. If your plans change you can always cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to a day before the reunion. Unfortunately, the hotel does not accept Ethiopian currency.
